Dr. Ayush Kapila is a double board-certified plastic surgeon with international fellowship training and a practice spanning UZ Brussel, Delta Chirec, and private clinics in Brussels and London. He graduated with honours from both King’s College London and Imperial College London, and completed his specialist surgical training in Brussels with Professor Hamdi with the highest national distinction. He went on to complete advanced fellowships at leading institutions including Guy’s & St Thomas’, The London Clinic, and the Kuzbari Center in Vienna, focusing on microsurgery, breast reconstruction, facial aesthetics, and robotic-assisted procedures.

Dr. Kapila is a Fellow of the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (FEBOPRAS) and of the Collegium Chirurgicum Plasticum (FCCP). He has authored over 60 peer-reviewed publications and serves as Associate Editor for PRS Global Open and Annals of Breast Surgery. Currently a PhD candidate at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, his academic work centres on surgical innovation, artificial intelligence in microsurgery, and medical education.
